I see the tears you cry and once felt the pain you feel. But you are so much stronger than you think you are, I'm sure. I remember like it was yesterday even though it was two years ago.. You comforting me after my fall. Me asking, "What do I do now?" You telling me, "You can do so much more now, Maii." I didn't want to believe what you were saying, but eventually, I realized exactly what you meant. The freedom felt fcukin good. To have fun.. to get my mind off of things without being so cautious about who I can interact with felt great.
Writing was my remedy. It will work you for too, since it's a skill of yours. Express by singing, since it's a skill of yours.
It may take a week, month, or even years to get through it. But know that you WILL get through it. Learn from this experience. "What doesn't kill me, only gets me stronger." True story, Ateh.
